Michele S. Reimer, Ph.D., MSW is a licensed psychologist and social worker who has been working with children, adolescents, adults and families for over thirty years. Dr. Reimer’s practice includes working with the emotional and behavioral issues of young children and teens, particularly around times of transition and stress. Dr. Reimer also has special interest in working with issues related to parenting, extended family relationships, medical illness, and issues of loss and grief. Dr. Reimer is an Assistant Professor part-time in the Department of Psychology at Swarthmore College, where she has taught courses in clinical, developmental, and family psychology since 2000. Previously, she held clinical and academic appointments at Bryn Mawr College, Smith College, and The Medical College of Pennsylvania.
