Trevor Sasek MS, is a certified trauma professional and psychotherapist, currently working toward becoming a licensed professional counselor. He is a graduate of Thomas Jefferson University’s Community and Trauma Master’s Program and has experience working with individuals struggling with traumatic memories, substance abuse, depression, anxiety, athletic identity and transitions, and interpersonal relationships.
Trevor’s approach is trauma-informed, individualistic, collaborative and client-centered. He currently works at a non-profit community behavioral health facility focused on opioid addiction where he provides both group and individual counseling. Trevor is also involved in a practice called, Crossover Counseling – Life After Sports, and has served as an adjunct professor at Thomas Jefferson University.
